Technical Support Engineer

We are looking for technically skilled candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the Technical Support Engineer position. 

•  Performs hardware/software deployments and configurations.

•  Performs maintenance and routine checking on servers.

•  Monitors and manages server’s stability, performance, and security.

•  Ensures the highest level of systems and infrastructure availability.

•  System administration and security policy enforcement.

•  Performs preventive maintenance and software patches in the system.

•  Manage and mantain backup infrastructure and plan

•  Performs disaster recovery strategies if required.

•  Maintains service SLA


Training will be provided if necessary.


Job Requirements:

•  Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree major in networking or Computer Science-related disciplines.

•  Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

•  Having hands-on experience in Linux, Windows, web servers, DNS, and networking tools is an added advantage.

•  Having knowledge and understanding about cloud technologies is an added advantage.

•  Having knowledge and understanding of open-source software is an added advantage.

•  Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.

•  Able to work independently under minimum supervision and have a strong eye for detail.

•  A positive and motivated attitude, fast learner, and team oriented.

•  Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

•  Able to travel occasionally to client's office

Salary Range: Max RM 2,300 - RM 2,500
